I am very pleased with it.
Location is nice. It suited me perfectly for my trip. Staff was very friendly as well. Very nice of them to let me vacate the room later on since my flight was late in the evening.
It woud be nice if there is 24 hrs parking access in the underground of the building.

Nice place in Morro del Jable.
Located near to the beach. Very nice grocery shop located just in 1 min walk, very convenient. Free public parking is located within a 3-4 min walk.
There was no soap in the bathroom, we had to buy our own. We were provided with the room on the 1st floor, right next to reception, it was pretty noisy sometimes.
